"The road side assistance is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. We were left sitting and waiting from 11 am to well after 8 PM for a tow truck. Its unfathomable how this could be allowed to happen. At one point the after hours agent couldn't even find our policy. I just can't state how distressed I was.
